Two puppies stolen from Bedfordshire village near Flitwick

Two Jack Russell puppies were stolen from Steppingley – and the police need your help.

At around 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, three white men and a teenage boy came to the address after agreeing to buy the two female pups.

But when the owner checked her bank account to see if the payment had come in, the men left with the dogs – and the payment never arrived.

Investigating PC Nick Brooks said, “Animal theft is worrying and we are interested in finding those responsible and have followed a number of investigations.

“We are now asking anyone who has been offered or bought a microchipped female Jack Russell puppy with these clear markings since July 8th to report.”
