Napanee farmers say 2 puppies stolen from litter – Kingston

The owners of an alpaca farm in Napanee say two of their Pyrenees puppies were stolen from their property on Tuesday morning.

According to Ashley Braun, one of the owners of Hickory Lane Alpacas, two pups were taken from their nine-headed litter this morning while they were outside with their mother.

She said the pups were out on the street where someone could have picked them up easily. After searching for them for hours, she says that the mother is very desperate and cannot find them either.

Braun says the pups are only six weeks old and have not yet been nursed by their mother, so they are vulnerable.
