Inseparable Fall River Puppies Looking to Share a Forever Home

Fun 107’s Wet Nose Wednesday continues to prove every week that there are SouthCoast families ready and willing to adopt native animals that will need forever homes. Every week we put a happy animal in the spotlight in the hope that the right person will see that animal’s cute face and fall in love instantly.

With the help of animal shelters in the area, we’ve connected humans to their new, furry best friend, and it warms my heart every time to see him. This week we hope to keep these adorable pups from the Forever Paws Animal Shelter in Fall River together.

Say hello to Rocky and Rolla. They are rat terrier mixes that are around 15 weeks old and fully attached to the hip. They are a related couple and will not be separated, so these two little pups will be a package deal.

The ideal family of Rocky and Rolla will have the time and energy for two young pups. Patience is also an advantage. Puppies are not easy between burglary, chewing, training and nibbling, but with a little patience, Rocky and Rolla will become loyal companions who will grow old with you and your family.

You are still very young and get a little nervous when you first meet. Forever Paws suggests a home with adults or a home with children aged 12 and over.

Since Rocky and Rolla are only 15 weeks old, they are still in foster families and cannot be visited at the animal shelter. Don’t forget to like them on Facebook.

LOOK: Here are the pets that are banned in each state

With the regulation of exotic animals left to the states, some organizations, including the Humane Society of the United States, are advocating federal, standardized legislation that would prohibit the possession of big cats, bears, primates, and large venomous snakes as pets.

Read on to learn what pets are banned in your home state as well as across the country.
