Take a puppy once a day.

That was the recipe for the staff and students at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, thanks to the Copiah Animal Shelter and the UMMC pet therapy program.

The shelter people brought a bunch of puppies onto campus to help the students and staff recover from the stresses of the recent surge in COVID-19 in Mississippi and the other stresses of the day.

Check out the gallery and video below, provided by UMMC and the Children’s Hospital, to start your weekend off with a few moments of puppy therapy.
